For our final session of Healthy Little Minds we got to think about all the things that make us unique.
We completed stars and filled them with things we like to do and learnt more breathing techniques.
Throughout the week we also had a look at Laura's wellbeing kit and saw how some of the things were the same as our wellbeing kit but some were different. We explored how what can help one person may not be helpful for another.
We loved our weather feelings check in each morning too. 🌧️🌈☀️🌬️
