We are learning to order and recognise numbers to the corresponding Numicon piece. Today we squished our dough into a pancake and pressed the different pieces of Numicon into it! Each piece made a different shape. 5 had the most holes because it was the biggest number we had in our tray. 1 only made 1 dot because it was the smallest number. Amazing Mental Maths and also a fab way to strengthen our hand muscles.
