This week we have been working hard on addition.
Using Numicon we have been choosing 2 pieces and adding them together. The pieces all have holes which makes it easy to count. It was tricky recording it as a sum but we soon got the hang of it!
We practised more addition using dice to roll a number, counting the corresponding amount of Unifix cubes onto our set mats and then adding the sets together. We recorded this as a sum on our whiteboards.
