This week our Numeracy has taken on a caterpillar theme!
We are working hard on our counting on strategies in Mental Maths. We were each given different numbers to start from and had to record the numbers on our caterpillars that came next.
We used our iPads to explore the caterpillar ordering game to place a group of numbers into the correct order.
Using careful counting we had to draw the correct number of circles to complete our caterpillar bodies and then create patterns with crayons.
With Unifix cubs, beads and counters we made our very own caterpillars on leaves!
