As part of our People Who Help Us topic, Ashleigh, one of our parents very kindly came in to talk about her job as a dentist. She told us how dentists check our teeth and showed us some of the tools she used to look after our teeth. She brought her friend Dino to show us how to brush our teeth and for how long to brush them for. We sorted food we might eat into 3 different bags - treats, not everyday and good for your teeth bags- some of the items were tricky. She gave us a little goody bag to take home to help us look after our teeth. Thank you very much for coming in to talk to us Ashleigh, we loved learning all about your job as a dentist.
