The boys and girls sang a jumping song to remind them how to get ready to jump,
“ Move your body, move your body,
Bend your knees, bend your knees,
Put your hands behind you, put your hands behind you,
Focus and jump, focus and jump”

They then completed 4 jumping stations , hurdles, high jumps, long rope and jump spots.
