This afternoon P2 carried out a Science experiment. They looked at famous structures from around the world and then were given their own challenge.
Challenge 1: Build a structure using 5 sweets and 10 sticks. Their structure could be whatever they wanted it to be.
Challenge 2: Build a tall chimney structure strong enough for Santa to climb down on Christmas Eve. Use as many sticks and sweets as you would like.
The children were so imaginative and well thought through in their ideas. We enjoyed walking around the room and learning from others. The strategy discussions were amazing and the teamwork was excellent. Some future builders and architects in the making!!! Well done P2!
