Art in P2 is a little bit different, as the children now do it as a whole class rather than individually or within small groups. We really enjoy linking our topics to Art and also learning about different artists and the different techniques and materials they use. We started off P2 learning about how to make different tints and shades, then we moved onto using our fingers to paint lovely cakes, we used bright coloured pastels to create a fabulous Tom the turkey and then made fantastic hedgehogs using clay. The class have really enjoyed Art and like adding detail and making improvements to their work. Well done P2DG x
