We took our learning outside into the cold and gathered lots of natural materials which we put in our own little trays to then fill with water. We left them outside overnight and were very excited to see them the next day. We collected our ornaments and enjoyed watching them melt on our desks throughout the day.
Who knew something so simple would be so much fun!
