Today the children were given a Christmas problem to solve. Poor Rudolf managed to get himself stuck on a Belmont child’s roof on Christmas Eve. Santa sends all the other reindeer to get bricks in order to build a staircase for Santa to climb up and rescue Rudolf. The children’s job was to build a staircase using 7 steps and work out how many bricks the reindeer would need to do so. They were all able to solve this tricky problem and then had fun making extra tall staircases. Well done everyone! 🎅
