P2GS Maths Day
We had a brilliant day today for Maths Day. This morning we made hats with clocks, doubles monsters and more than / less than crocodiles. We did a fun Maths Investigation where we had to build a Guinea Pig hutch using 10 lollipop sticks and find all the ways to create various shapes of hutches. In the afternoon we had our virtual Maths Assembly and enjoyed seeing ourselves doing our doubles rap. We also made a pictograph to show our favourite things about Maths and found out that Investigations are the most popular Maths activities in P2. I’m sure that the children are tired after their big day. Well done and thank you to all the families who helped make our lovely 2D shape monsters too. 👏
