Today we carved a pumpkin for Halloween. First Miss Calwell cut a hole at the top. Next she scooped out the seeds and we helped her. Then she drew a face with a pen. After she cut out the face and finally Fionn put a candle inside it. We are learning to write instructions so we looked at the time words and bossy words that we will be using. We helped Miss Calwell to write the instructions together on the whiteboard. We will be writing these instructions for Independent Writing on Friday.
