This week is Children’s Mental Health week and we were very lucky to have some special visitors from Mini Mind Explorers. They came into our classrooms and did some lovely breathing techniques with us, using the Hoberman sphere. Then we used to mint scented play dough to roll, squash and make different shapes to help us feel calm. It was a lovely, calm and relaxing lesson!
