After such a busy week full of performances and carol singing it was lovely to have Sinead from Relax Kids in to us this afternoon. We thought about all the different feelings we have during Christmas when we are staying up late, eating lots of treats and are really busy. Sinead practised some star breathing with us to help us feel calm and in control. We all have a star card to take home as a reminder.
